CREATIVE HANDS - REGISTERED IN NEPAL

PURPOSE

Creative Hands (the "Organization") is a nonprofit organization registered in Nepal with the aim of supporting various causes and projects that benefit the local community. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to outline the rules and guidelines for users who access and use the Organization's website, social media platforms, and other online channels (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

DEFINITIONS

• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Content" refers to any information, data, text, images, videos, audio files, or other materials posted or shared on the Platform.
• "Donation" refers to any financial contribution made by a User to support a cause or project promoted by the Organization.

USE OF THE PLATFORM

1. Access: The Platform is available for use by anyone who agrees to these Terms and Conditions. You may access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Content Guidelines: You agree not to post or share any Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or infringes on another person's intellectual property rights.
3. User Conduct: You agree to use the Platform in a responsible and respectful manner. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the operation of the Platform.

DONATIONS

1. Donation Processing: All donations will be processed securely through a third-party payment gateway, Wire Transfer to organization official bank accounts.
2. Tax Deductibility: Donations made to Creative Hands are tax-deductible in Nepal (Only for Nepalese Donors and Supporters).
3. Refund Policy: Donations are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

CAUSES AND PROJECTS

1. Cause Selection: The Organization may choose to support various causes and projects at its discretion.
2. Project Transparency: The Organization will provide transparent information about each project, including its goals, budget, and progress.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Ownership: The Organization retains all intellectual property rights to all Content created by it.
2. Use of Content: You may not use or reproduce any Content without prior written permission from the Organization.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. No Warranty: The Organization disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform and its contents.
2. Limitation of Liability: The Organization shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on information provided by it.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Nepalese law. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation in accordance with Nepalese law.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Organization reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
